Segerstrom Center for the Arts never disappoints for a backdrop for great pictures; moreover, Segerstrom never disappoints for the various shows, performances, musicals, concert series, etc.  I finally had the opportunity to watch The Book of Mormon this past weekend.  Although I truly had a variance of emotions: from feeling uncomfortable, to 'laugh-so-hard-you-have-to-cover-your-mouth' and calm yourself down, to being offended, to learning something new, to getting my buttons, rather, in this instance, getting my doorbell buttons pushed, to instantly learning the lyrics and singing along to "Hello!" and "Turn it Off!"  Overall, the best prep advice I would share with others before watching this show is to go with an open mind.  You will most likely feel all of the above but it is good to get pushed out of your comfort zone.  We see and hear just as much similar content (fact and fiction) in the media so why not by entertained for the evening by a talented cast?!  I would most definitely watch it again!

As for my attire, I purposefully thought my white DKNY jumpsuit would match perfectly should I have happened to run into my favorite Mormon Elder Price and take a selfie with him.  Unfortunately, the selfie didn't happen, but my jumpsuit was on point with the "pureness" of the show along with pops of color with my fiery red accessories.
