Hi from HI

One particular destination I could visit over and over again is Hawaii.  Hawaii is rich with culture, nature, beauty, happiness, peace, adventure, and the Aloha spirit.  Hawaii brings you to a state of mind that allows you to be present and savor each breath and moment.  The beauty of the sun rising and setting along with the sounds of the warm ocean waves make you feel overwhelmingly thankful and spoiled to have natures beautiful painting in front of you to enjoy and explore.  

I was lucky to be able to feel home away from home at the most tropically lush ocean-view oasis in Oahu.  The wild yet manicured greenery and tropical florals surrounding the home were breathtaking.  The multiple stairways in the backyard made me feel like I had secret gardens to endlessly explore.  Last but not least, the lanai was the perfect place to simply sit down, meditate and soak in the beautiful horizon of Hawaii.  

When traveling, I prefer to dress comfortably but I also consider my destination.  I opted to wear a simple black tee dress with a light weight jean jacket and comfy Pumas.  To dress to the occasion I wore my vintage coral necklace which was my statement piece to my overall simple and casual look.  I packed all the rest of my outfits in my new Samsonite luggage - I cannot wait to share with you the rest of my Hawaii outfits and experiences this week.
