Grounding

Find a sense of grounding both mentally and physically.  Stabilize your thoughts, mind, and breath.  When you cultivate a sense of grounding you are able to feel safe and secure.  You are connected to your mind and body therefore giving you a foundation for all experiences you face.  Free yourself of distractions that keep you off balance and center yourself through your mind, body and breath.
