Start your day with breakfast

Not only is breakfast the most important meal of the day, it's the BEST meal of the day.  There's nothing like treating yourself to a hearty and filling meal to fuel you up for your day ahead.  I was lucky to score reservations to Disneyland's Carnation Cafe for breakfast on Christmas Day.  Not only is this restaurant a small hidden gem, but it is often overlooked as people are too excited to rush down main street and head toward the castle.  This adorable restaurant is tucked in at the mid way point on Main Street and has the cutest theme, vibe, and breakfast menu.  The Mickey Mouse waffle is the perfect way to get into the magical spirit and the outdoor seating area is oh so quaint and charming.  Al fresco dining is one of my favorite things to do and Carnation Cafe offers just that along wish delicious food, cheery cast members, and an ambiance that makes you feel happy.  I mean, yes, you're already at the happiest place on earth - but I would pay $ to just come and dine here alone.  Top it off with the cute carnation decor on every table and you can't help but play into the Carnation Cafe theme.  

As for my outfit, I feel like I won the lottery after scoring the rose gold minnie ears and I could not WAIT to prance around Disneyland in them.  I heard they sold out (yes, again) and it made me feel pretty exclusive and part of the RGEC (rose gold ears club) my entire day.  The focus for my outfit for the day were my new ears so I complemented them with my black and white long sleeve Disneyland tee, a tan jacket since it was freezing, distressed jeans to make my outfit a little more edgy, and BaubleBar fringe red earrings to be festive.
