Free your inner Farmer

You can take the girl out of the county, but you can't take the country out of the girl!  Growing up in a small town; the Salad Bowl of America to be exact, I am ALL about hometown county fairs, dressing up in girly cowgirl inspired fashion, and soaking in all things small town.  Mind you, now that I live in Orange County, the OC Fair is no small potato event, but it is definitely now one of my annual summer go-to spots where I get to indulge in sugary fried foods, play nostalgic fair games, sip on a $12 dollar Stella beer, visit furry animal friends, and of course (as per this years theme) FREE my inner farmer!!!  

I've gotta admit that I had no problem finding cowgirl/farmer accessories, clothes, and boots in my wardrobe.  I've always loved a good paisley print and cowboy boots!  It's been SUPER hot this summer so I opted for a solid simple lace strapless romper and accessorized with black ankle cowboy boots, the cutest paisley headband, added pops of red for color with my earrings and purse...and I definitely did NOT forget to bring my inner YEEEHHAWWW attitude and spirit.
